Doha: The Russian Ministry of Defense announced on Monday that it had targeted three dry cargo ships carrying military supplies for Ukraine in the Black Sea.
According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement, the Ministry said that the three dry cargo ships transporting military supplies in the Black Sea were struck in air raids carried out by drones.
The Russian Defense Ministry also announced that it had intercepted and destroyed 131 Ukrainian drones last night over the regions of Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Smolensk, Tula, the Republic of Crimea, Krasnodar Krai, and the waters of the Black Sea.
Russia has intensified its attacks on Ukraine's maritime infrastructure in recent weeks, particularly in the south. At the same time, Kyiv has increasingly relied on surprise drone attacks, which have on numerous occasions reached Russian oil facilities and caused damage.
