Scientists at the Russian Novosibirsk State University have developed a new generation of small satellites. The Russian news agency TASS quoted Mikhail Fedoruk, the university's president, as saying today that "scientists at the Advanced Engineering School of the Russian Novosibirsk State University have developed a group of small satellites, four of which will be officially ready by the end of this year."
