Doha: The Saudi Civil Defense announced Tuesday that the danger has passed for several areas of the Kingdom, following an alert issued by the National Early Warning Platform. The alert had initially covered multiple regions, causing concern among residents.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Saudi Civil Defense stated on X platform that an alert was issued via the National Early Warning System for emergencies across the governorates of Yanbu, Taif, Jeddah, and Al-Ula, as well as the city of Abha and the Jazan region. The alert warned of a potential danger, prompting precautionary measures in these areas.

The authorities later confirmed that the threat had passed, and conditions have returned to normal, reassuring residents and local authorities in the affected regions. The swift response and communication by the Saudi Civil Defense played a crucial role in managing the situation effectively.
