Saudi Defense Ministry Announces Interception, Destruction of 3 Drones Entering from Iraqi Airspace

Riyadh: The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced on Sunday the interception and destruction of three drones after they entered the Kingdom's airspace from Iraqi airspace.

According to Qatar News Agency, Major General Turki Al Maliki, the official spokesperson for the Saudi Ministry of Defense, confirmed that the ministry reserves the right to respond at the appropriate time and place.

He added that Saudi Arabia will take and implement all necessary operational measures to respond to any attempt to violate the Kingdom's sovereignty, security, and the safety of its citizens and residents.
