Doha: Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah discussed regional developments with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan during a phone call on Tuesday. The dialogue focused on diplomatic efforts aimed at de-escalating tensions and ensuring the security and freedom of navigation in the Gulf and Red Sea. The ministers emphasized promoting regional stability through these measures.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions also included a review of prospects for bilateral cooperation. Both ministers underscored the importance of collaborative efforts to address regional challenges and enhance mutual interests. The conversation highlights the ongoing diplomatic engagement between Saudi Arabia and Turkey in addressing shared concerns and exploring opportunities for cooperation.
