Siniora meets with Kuwaiti Charge d’Affaires

Former Prime Minister, Fouad Siniora, on Thursday welcomed Kuwaiti Charge d'Affaires to Lebanon, Minister Plenipotentiary Abdullah Al-Shahin, at his office in Bliss.
