Gaza City: Six Palestinians were martyred in an Israeli airstrike targeting Gaza City early Monday.
According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources said that four Palestinians were martyred, and several others were injured when Israeli occupation warplanes struck a house in the northern part of Gaza City. The martyrs included a man, his wife, and two of their children, whose bodies were retrieved by medical teams from the destroyed home, the sources added.
In addition, a woman and a child were also martyred, and others were injured when Israeli forces targeted an apartment in the Old City in the center of Gaza City. Moreover, occupation military vehicles opened heavy fire at areas in the northwestern part of Gaza City, while artillery shells struck west of the new camp in the Al-Nuseirat area in the central Gaza Strip.
At least 45,805 Palestinians were martyred and 109,064 injured since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza on Oct. 7, 2023, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
