Medina:Somalia condemned an attack targeting a power distribution station in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
According to Qatar News Agency, Somalia's Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Saturday denouncing the attack as a violation of the sanctity of religious sites, international law, and Saudi Arabia's sovereignty.
The statement expressed Somalia's solidarity with Saudi Arabia, supporting efforts to protect the kingdom's security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens, residents, and visitors to the holy sites.
Somalia also reiterated its rejection of acts threatening regional security and stability, calling for those responsible to be held accountable.
