Doha: Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Tuesday will be hot to very hot, with slight dust to blowing dust, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected strong wind. Offshore, there will be slight dust and some clouds at times, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will be northwesterly 12-22 KT, gusting to 34 KT. Meanwhile, wind offshore will be northwesterly 12-22 KT, gusting to 30 KT at times. The sea state inshore is expected to be 2-5 ft, while offshore conditions will be 3-7 ft, rising to 10 ft at times.
Visibility inshore will range from 4-9 km, potentially reducing to 3 km or less in certain areas, while offshore visibility is expected to be 4-9 km. The Department of Meteorology advises caution due to the potential for reduced visibility and challenging sea conditions.
