Her Excellency Dr.Valentine Uwamariya, Minister of Education of the Republic of Rwanda, met with His Excellency Mr. Misfer bin Faisal Al Shahwani, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Rwanda.
During the meeting, bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries were reviewed.
