Doha: Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and Italian counterpart, Antonio Tajani, discussed Wednesday via phone the efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. The two ministers also discussed the ongoing genocide being carried out by the Israeli entity in Gaza since Oct. 7, 2023.
According to Qatar News Agency, the conversation between the two foreign ministers focused on finding diplomatic solutions to bring an end to the hostilities in the region.
