Abu dhabi: HH President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Austrian Chancellor Christian Stocker to discuss regional tensions and bilateral cooperation.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting in Abu Dhabi, the two leaders explored ways to enhance joint efforts between the UAE and Austria, particularly focusing on the economic, developmental, industrial, and renewable energy sectors. They also exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest, with an emphasis on developments in the Middle East and their implications for regional and international peace and security. The discussions also covered the impact of these developments on freedom of international navigation, energy security, and the global economy.
Both leaders expressed their commitment to further strengthening UAE-Austria relations, which have been steadily developing. They emphasized the importance of expanding their developmental partnership to support growth and prosperity for both nations.
