At least 13 people were injured following a Russian airstrike targeting power installations in the northeastern Ukrainian town of Konotop, Ukrainian authorities said on Thursday. Russian forces used drones to attack residential buildings and educational and medical institutions. Russia began a special military operation in Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022, without signs of an imminent end, as Moscow maintains that the operation will persist until all its goals are met.
