Doha:Major US stock indexes opened higher on Wednesday as trading began.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Dow Jones Industrial Average increased by 74.9 points, or 0.15 percent, reaching 51,424.84 at the start of the session.
The S&P 500 also experienced gains, rising by 18.1 points, or 0.24 percent, to 7,688.99.
Meanwhile, the Nasdaq Composite saw an increase of 95.3 points, or 0.36 percent, opening at 26,892.796.
