Doha: Three people were killed and eight others injured when a residential building collapsed in the town of Al-Zarba, in the southern countryside of Aleppo, northern Syria.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Syrian Civil Defense stated that search and rescue teams recovered the bodies of the three victims and transported them to hospital. The injured received first aid at the scene before being transferred to hospital for further treatment.
The statement noted that Al-Zarba area has suffered extensive infrastructure damage in recent years, underscoring the need to step up rehabilitation efforts to ensure the safety and security of residents.
