Doha:The third arts exhibition organized by Al Jasra Cultural and Social Club is set to begin on Monday, in collaboration with the Qatar Society for the Rehabilitation of Special Needs. The event, themed 'Horizons of Creativity: Integration and Empowerment,' will take place at the club's activities hall in Souq Waqif.
According to Qatar News Agency, the exhibition will feature a range of activities, including interactive workshops for students from the association's centers, exhibitions of artworks, fine art paintings, vocational rehabilitation products, recycling projects, and stereoscopic models related to special education. The exhibition is scheduled to run from September 28 to 30, during both morning and evening sessions.
The Al Jasra Cultural Club emphasizes the importance of integrating individuals with disabilities into society, viewing it as both a social responsibility and a fundamental right. This approach aims to foster a more humane and diverse community and highlights the club's ongoing partnerships, notably with the Society for the Rehabilitation of Persons with Special Needs.
