Gaza:Several Palestinians were wounded on Sunday due to Israeli shelling as violations of the ceasefire agreement continued with further raids and attacks across the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, medical sources reported injuries from an Israeli drone strike targeting civilians near the Al-Shati Camp market, west of Gaza city. Another individual was wounded by a drone strike near the tents of displaced persons close to the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood market, northwest of the city.
The Israeli occupation army persisted with shelling and gunfire operations. Attack helicopters fired east of Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, accompanied by heavy tank fire launched from positions east of the city, directly targeting the city center. Additionally, a drone strike occurred near the Tabariya station in the Al-Mawasi area.
The Al-Mawasi area of Rafah experienced artillery shelling and heavy gunfire from Israeli military vehicles. Northwestern areas of Gaza city were subjected to heavy gunfire from Israeli gunboats, while Israeli vehicles and gunboats fired significantly west of Beit Lahia in the northern Strip.
Since October 7, 2023, the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has reached 74,016, with 175,068 injured, as reported by the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
A ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, which came into effect in October 2025, has been repeatedly violated by occupation forces through continued airstrikes, artillery shelling, and heavy gunfire across various areas of the Strip.
