Post: Arab League Condemns “Terrorist Attack” in Ankara

The Arab League condemned the attack against the Turkish Aerospace Industries Company (TUSAS) in the capital Ankara, which resulted in deaths and injuries. The Arab League said in a statement today that Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Ghait sent a cable of condolences to Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, and through him to the government and people of Turkey, on the death of a number of civilians and the injury of others in this attack, which he described as a "terrorist act." Aboul Gheit said that this terrorist act contradicts religious and human values, stressing the Arab League's firm position rejecting terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, regardless of its source. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced yesterday that 4 people were killed and 14 others were injured in an armed attack carried out by unknown individuals with weapons and bombs targeting the Turkish Aerospace Industries Company "TUSAS" in the Kahramankazan district in the capital Ankara.
