Cairo: A four-day workshop titled "Digital Strategies for Developing Work Systems and Human Capital Management to Enhance Competitiveness" was launched on Monday at the headquarters of the Arab League General Secretariat in Cairo.
According to Qatar News Agency, the workshop aims to develop and enhance the skills of employees across various sectors within the League's General Secretariat. The initiative is designed to equip participants with the necessary digital tools and strategies to improve work systems and human capital management, thereby boosting their overall competitiveness.
The statement noted that the workshop is part of ongoing fruitful cooperation between the Arab League General Secretariat and the Arab Administrative Development Organization.
