Dr. Ahmed Mohamed Al Ansari, Chief Executive of the Government Hospitals, confirmed that Bahrain’s medical sector has always received support from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and continuous follow-up from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.
He referred that this support is embodied in Bahrain holding its first psychiatric conference on October 12-13.
The Chief Executive said that Bahrain has proved its capability of organizing major medical conferences, especially that the Kingdom has proven its high efficiency by setting the best example in addressing the global spread of the Coronavirus pandemic in the past years.
Dr. Al Ansari stressed the conference’s significance in gathering a large number of mental health specialists and consultants, enhancing the exchange of clinical experiences, knowledge and modern treatment methods, developing training programs for worker in the field.
