Doha: HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah held a meeting on Wednesday in Doha with HE Iraqi Minister of Defense Thabet Muhammad Saeed Al Abbasi and his accompanying delegation. The discussions centered on topics of mutual interest, focusing on strengthening bilateral cooperation in defense and exploring ways to enhance these ties. According to Qatar News Agency, the meeting was attended by several high-ranking officials, including Head of the Training Authority Staff Major General Jassim bin Ahmed Al Mohannadi, Head of Supply and Equipment Authority Brigadier-General (Pilot) Dr. Youssef Ahmed Al Qayed, and Head of the International Military Cooperation Authority Staff Brigadier General Abdulaziz Saleh Al Sulaiti. A number of senior officials and officers from both nations were also present to contribute to the dialogue.
