Meanwhile, projections from American media outlets indicate that his Democratic opponent, Kamala Harris, secured Delaware. As the election progresses, results for several pivotal swing states, including Arizona, Michigan, Georgia, and Wisconsin, remain pending. These states are anticipated to be crucial in determining the eventual winner of the presidential race. The United States conducts its presidential election through an Electoral College system, comprising 538 votes in total. To secure the presidency, a candidate must obtain at least 270 of these Electoral College votes.
