Doha: Inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Monday will be hot to very hot daytime with slight dust at times, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report. Offshore, it will be fine, the report added, warning of strong wind and high sea.
According to Qatar News Agency, wind inshore will blow from the northwest to the northeast at a speed of 08 - 18 KT, with gusts reaching up to 25 KT during the daytime. Offshore winds will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 - 18 KT, with occasional gusts up to 23 KT.
The sea state inshore is expected to be between 2 - 3 feet, with occasional rises to 4 feet. Offshore, the sea state will range from 3 - 5 feet, rising to 7 feet at times. Visibility inshore is projected to be between 5 - 9 km, while offshore visibility will range from 5 - 10 km.
