The ceremony marks a significant step in the diplomatic relations between the two nations. According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Ambassador conveyed heartfelt greetings from HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HM the King. The Amir extended his wishes for King Charles III's continued health and happiness, alongside aspirations for the ongoing progress and prosperity of the United Kingdom's government and people. In response, HM King Charles III expressed his appreciation and asked HE the Ambassador to relay his greetings back to HH the Amir.
