Post: Libya Denounces Houthi Assaults on Southwestern Saudi Arabian Cities

Doha: Libya condemned Tuesday the Houthi attacks on several Saudi cities, including Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran. In a statement, its Foreign Ministry reiterated the nation's full solidarity with Saudi Arabia in all actions it takes to protect its territory, the safety of its citizens and residents, as well as its assets.

According to Qatar News Agency, the ministry asserted that it unequivocally repudiates all forms of violence, stressing that targeting civilian facilities and endangering civilian lives flagrantly violate international law and international humanitarian law, constituting a grave escalation that would imperil Saudi Arabia's security and stability.

Libya further reiterated its support for all global de-escalation efforts and efforts to strengthen regional security and stability.
