Riyadh: The Pakistani army announced today that 33 militants were killed during a military operation carried out by its forces in the Balochistan province in southwestern Pakistan. The army said in a statement that its forces clashed with militants, and after an intense exchange of fire, all 33 militants were eliminated.
According to Qatar News Agency, the statement confirmed that the forces confiscated a quantity of weapons in their possession, reiterating the army's determination to cleanse the country of militants.
