Tokyo: HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs and President and CEO of QatarEnergy Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi held meetings on Monday in Tokyo with senior Japanese energy industry leaders on cooperation in the energy sector. His Excellency met separately with senior executives of major energy and electric power companies including Chairman and Global CEO of JERA Yukio Kani, President and CEO of Mitsui Kenichi Hori, Executive Vice President of Kansai Electric Akiya Kotani, Representative Director and President and CEO of Idemitsu Shunichi Kito, Representative Director and Group CEO of Cosmo Energy Holdings Shigeru Yamada, and Representative Director and Chairman of JAPEX Fujita Masahiro.
According to Qatar News Agency, discussions during the meetings focused on existing and future cooperation and further strengthening bilateral relations in the energy sector.
