Oil Prices Fall About 1 Percent

Doha: Oil prices fell by about one percent in early trading Thursday, amid cautious sentiment in global markets. Brent crude futures dropped 89 cents, or 1.12 percent, to $78.66 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude fell 98 cents, or 1.28 percent, to $75.81 a barrel.

According to Qatar News Agency, the decrease in oil prices reflects ongoing cautious sentiment in global markets. The decline in Brent crude and WTI crude futures indicates a continued cautious approach by investors in the energy sector.
