Muscat: The official price of Omani crude oil surpassed the $100-per-barrel mark on Friday, reaching $100.31 for May delivery.
According to Qatar News Agency, the price of Omani crude rose by $5.84 compared with Thursday's price of $94.47 per barrel. The increase marks a significant change in the market dynamics for Omani crude.
The average monthly price of Omani crude for March delivery stood at $62.17 per barrel, reflecting an increase of $0.08 compared with the average price for February delivery. This upward trend underscores the volatility and fluctuations present in the global oil market.
