Cairo: Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa discussed in a phone call today with Danish Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen the latest political and field developments in the Palestinian territories, especially in light of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestinian Prime Minister emphasized the significance of implementing the New York Declaration in the context of the Gaza agreement, aiming for a political resolution and the realization of the two-state solution.
The Danish Foreign Minister expressed his approval of the ceasefire and endorsed efforts towards relief and reconstruction in Gaza, which he noted would contribute to stability and peace in the region. He highlighted the urgency of taking concrete actions to improve conditions in the West Bank.
