Doha: Qatar Central Securities Depository (Edaa) announced the addition of subscription shares for Baladna shareholders, resulting in the company's new capital amounting to QAR 2,679,981,202, divided into 2,679,981,202 shares.
According to Qatar News Agency, the company released a statement on the Qatar Stock Exchange website indicating that investors will be able to trade these newly added shares starting Tuesday, September 8, 2026. This development follows Edaa's earlier announcement that the trading period for Baladna's subscription rights concluded on August 3, with the subscription period having commenced on August 4 and lasted for 10 business days, concluding on August 17.
