Doha: The Qatar Chamber, in cooperation with the Young Entrepreneurs Club, organized a training workshop titled "Managing International Partnerships," which saw the participation of 75 attendees at the Chamber's headquarters. The training aimed to equip participants with essential skills for managing international partnerships, addressing the challenges faced by entrepreneurs, and implementing strategies to ensure partnership sustainability.
According to Qatar News Agency, the workshop provided attendees with comprehensive insights on building and managing international partnerships. It covered various stages, including identifying suitable partners, negotiation, contract drafting, and long-term evaluation to ensure sustainability and shared success. Abdulaziz Al Qahtani, an expert in entrepreneurship and international project management and General Manager of the S CITY Platform for new ventures, emphasized the critical challenges that entrepreneurs and startups encounter in forming international partnerships. He shared practical solutions and strategies to address these challenges.
Al Qahtani highlighted the significance of international partnerships as vital components for business growth in today's dynamic economy. He stressed the necessity for entrepreneurs to enhance their negotiation skills and manage shared resources effectively to remain competitive and access new markets. Fatima Issa Al Kuwari, Head of Training and Development at Qatar Chamber, reiterated the Chamber's dedication to developing young people's and entrepreneurs' capabilities through high-quality programs that boost their competitiveness.
Al Kuwari noted that managing international partnerships is a fundamental aspect of business expansion and accessing new markets. She added that the Chamber aims to provide an integrated platform for training and knowledge through such workshops, helping participants turn their ideas and projects into viable opportunities supported by strategic partnerships.
