According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar's delegation is led by Dr. Nouf Al Suwaidi, Secretary-General of the Qatar National Commission for Education, Culture and Science. The delegation also includes representatives from the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
