Doha: Qatar participated in the inaugural meeting of the "Doha Process for the Afghanistan Drug Control Working Group," which was conducted via video conference. The United Nations organized the meeting, represented by the Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, with the participation of several concerned countries. According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari delegation at the meeting was led by HE Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab. The discussions focused on developing a roadmap to address the needs of the Afghan people, emphasizing collaborative efforts for effective drug control in the region.
