Post: Qatar Foundation’s ‘Bil Arabi’ Initiative to Host Annual Forum in Doha

Doha: Qatar Foundation's "Bil Arabi" (In Arabic) initiative will hold the second edition of its annual forum in Doha on September 19 and 20, bringing together more than 15 speakers from 11 Arab countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, the event will take place at Education City under the theme "We Build with Our Ideas." The forum will delve into various subjects, including entrepreneurship, technology, peacebuilding, genomics, and sustainability, alongside discussions on heritage and identity.

The program will feature prominent Arab figures, such as Palestinian journalist Wael Al Dahdouh, entrepreneur Issam Hijazi, Algerian technology researcher Bashir Halimi, and Qatari entrepreneur Hamad Mubarak Al Hajri, founder of Snoonu. These figures will share their insights through keynote speeches, discussion sessions, interactive workshops, and creative presentations.

The initiative has also garnered support from 10 local and regional partners, aiming to foster dialogue and transform ideas into practical initiatives and solutions. Organizers note that the forum has received over 1,100 applications across its first two editions, indicating a growing interest in platforms that promote constructive discourse.
