Qatar Stock Exchange Index Ends Monday Session with Decline

Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed lower on Monday, dropping 41.89 points, or 0.41 percent, to finish at 10,251.83 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, trading activity saw a total of 113,645,781 shares exchanged, with a trading value of QAR 319,234,571.136, executed through 21,184 transactions across all sectors. By the end of the trading session, shares of 19 companies had advanced, while 25 experienced declines, and nine companies remained unchanged.

Market capitalization witnessed a decrease, settling at QAR 619,502,829,016.404, compared to QAR 621,240,861,232.440 in the previous session.
