Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange index experienced a decline today, closing down by 27 points or 0.27 percent, settling at 9,824.49 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session saw the exchange of 101,338,601 shares, amounting to a value of 273,314,779.229 riyals. These trades were conducted through 20,770 transactions spanning all sectors. Throughout the session, shares of 19 companies saw an increase, while shares of 32 companies decreased, and two companies maintained their previous closing prices.
At the conclusion of the trading session, the market capitalization was recorded at 591,484,190,179.294 riyals, marking a decrease from the previous session's figure of 594,078,407,480.286 riyals.
