Doha: Qatari newspapers emphasized in their Thursday editorials the visit of HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani to Cairo. This meeting with Egyptian leadership is part of Qatar's ongoing diplomatic efforts to establish mechanisms for joint Arab action, aimed at alleviating the suffering in Palestine and working towards a ceasefire, while facilitating the arrival of humanitarian and relief aid to the affected regions. It highl ighted Qatar's relentless diplomatic endeavors to initiate humanitarian and diplomatic measures to alleviate the suffering of Palestinians in the Strip, who have been enduring prolonged hardships without external support. The visit to Cairo by HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs centered on enhancing humanitarian cooperation with Cairo, benefiting the people in Gaza, Palestinian territories, and Sudan. The editorial from Al-Raya concluded by emphasizing His Excellency's commitment to continuous consultations with Egypt and other Arab nations to expedite a ceasefire in Gaza. Similarly, Al-Sharq newspaper noted Qatar's persistence in diplomatic efforts to develop joint Arab action strategies to ease the hardship of the Palestinian people and push for a ceasefire while ensuring the delivery of humanitarian aid to the affected areas.
