QFA Set to Welcome Qatari Fan Delegations to San Francisco for FIFA World Cup 2026

San francisco: Director of Marketing and Communications at the Qatar Football Association (QFA), Khaled Mubarak Al Kuwari, announced that all preparations are in place for Qatari fans to be received in San Francisco, United States, as they come to support Team Qatar during their FIFA World Cup 2026 matches.

According to Qatar News Agency, Al Kuwari revealed that the first Qatari fan delegations are expected to arrive on Tuesday, with subsequent groups following on Wednesday and Thursday. Comprehensive arrangements for accommodation and transportation have been completed to enhance the fans' experience and provide an optimal environment for supporting the national team.

Al Kuwari mentioned the establishment of QFA help desks at the hotels accommodating the delegations to offer necessary assistance. He extended gratitude to Qatar's Embassies in the United States and Canada and its Consulate General in Los Angeles for their crucial support and collaboration.

The QFA has also reached out to Qatari and Gulf students in the United States and Canada, companions of Qatari patients receiving treatment, and coordinated with Arab communities in San Francisco, Seattle, and Vancouver to attend Al Adaam's matches. Al Kuwari emphasized the collective effort within QFA's departments to aid Qatari fans and ensure an exceptional World Cup experience, encouraging them to display strong support for Al Adaam.

Recent inspection visits have been conducted to the appointed hotels for Qatari fans and the stadiums where the national team will compete during the group-stage matches. Al Kuwari concluded his remarks to QNA by highlighting that the cheering campaign will carry the slogan "All for Qatar," expressing full confidence in Qatari fans to support the national team.
