Post: Tu-95 Aircraft Crash in Russia’s Amur Region Claims Six Lives

Doha:Russia's Far Eastern Amur Region A Tu-95 aircraft crashed during a training flight, resulting in the deaths of six crew members and injuring one.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that the aircraft went down in an unpopulated area, and the injured crew member has been hospitalized.

The ministry emphasized that the aircraft was not armed at the time of the crash. A team from the Russian Air Force is en route to the crash site to conduct an investigation.

This incident follows a previous crash last Wednesday, when a combat training aircraft went down in the Moscow region due to a technical malfunction. In that incident, the pilot survived.
