2 Killed in Light Aircraft Crash in Germany

Hurtgenwald: Two people have been killed in a light aircraft crash in a forest in western Germany, local authorities reported. Mayor of Hurtgenwald in North Rhine-Westphalia, Stephan Cranen, stated that the plane crashed near Hurtgenwald after taking off from an airport near Aachen city.

According to Qatar News Agency, hikers discovered the wreckage of the plane in a forested area. Police have indicated that the cause of the accident remains unclear, and investigations are currently ongoing.
