Doha: Google has announced a new update to its Circle to Search tool, adding the ability to continuously translate text while scrolling the screen. This enhancement aims to make the tool more user-friendly and efficient compared to its previous versions, which required users to restart the translation feature every time the screen content changed.
According to Qatar News Agency, this new feature is designed to help users better understand content when reading posts from content creators who speak different languages. The continuous translation capability ensures that users can seamlessly follow along with content without interruptions, even as they navigate through different portions of a text.
The company further explained in its statement that the update includes the functionality to maintain translations even when users switch to another app. This ensures that the translation process remains uninterrupted, providing a smoother user experience.
Currently, the feature is available to Android users, with Samsung Galaxy phones receiving priority access. Google plans to extend the availability of this feature to other devices in the near future.
