Oil Prices Retreat at Tuesday Settlement

Doha: Oil prices fell less than 1 percent at settlement today. Brent crude futures declined by $0.50, or 0.7 percent, reaching $68.71 a barrel. Simultaneously, US West Texas Intermediate crude futures closed down $0.46, or 0.7 percent, at $66.90.

According to Qatar News Agency, the drop in oil prices reflects recent market trends where fluctuations have been observed due to varying factors influencing global oil demand and supply. The slight decrease in prices marks a continued trend in the oil market as it reacts to ongoing economic indicators and geopolitical developments.
