It is the first of its kind in Qatar and broadcasts in ultra-high-definition 4K. The newspaper noted what was stated by HE CEO of Qatar Media Corporation Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Jassim Al-Thani, that the channel launch responds to the country's ambition to support the national economy and highlight its growing achievements across key sectors. HE also affirmed that the channel will reflect developments across the Qatari, Gulf, and global economies, stressing that investment in media is a cornerstone of sustainable development for future generations.
