Moscow: Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov held talks on Tuesday with his Chinese counterpart, Dong Jun, on enhancing military cooperation between the two countries. Belousov, speaking during video conference talks, affirmed the readiness of Russian forces to deepen cooperation with their Chinese counterparts, support strategic consultations, and expand practical collaboration in areas such as joint operations and personnel training.
According to Qatar News Agency, the Russian defense minister had previously noted that relations between Russia and China had reached an unprecedented level, driven by a dynamic upward trajectory.
